Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of the Scrapbooking Courses platform, including course access, community participation, and purchases. By using the service, you agree to the terms below.
License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to access the courses for your own learning. Redistribution, resale, public performance, or posting course files to third-party sites is not permitted without our written consent.
- Stream or download materials where the course allows it.
- Use templates privately in your personal scrapbook projects.
- Participate in course discussions following the rules below.
- Sharing login credentials or enabling others to access your account.
- Repackaging lessons and selling them as your own training.
- Removing watermarks or copyright notices from assets.
Acceptable Use
Please keep discussions respectful and original. Do not upload harmful content, attempt to compromise the platform, or infringe others’ rights. You agree not to engage in Prohibited Content or abusive conduct.
Billing
Prices are listed per course or plan, where applicable. Taxes may apply depending on your location. All purchases are processed securely through our payment partners. A Subscription (if offered) renews until cancelled.
You’ll receive a confirmation after successful payment. Keep it for your records.
Where permitted, refunds follow the policy shown at checkout and applicable law.
Unresolved disputes may result in access restriction while the case is reviewed.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, repeated violations, or legal reasons. You can cancel your account at any time; cancellation ends future renewals, but may not automatically provide refunds unless required by law.
- We may provide notice when practical, unless doing so would risk harm or violate legal obligations.
- Access to purchased content may be removed if access depended on an active subscription or was obtained via abuse or fraud.
- Sections intended to survive (e.g. IP protections, liability limits) continue after termination.
Limitation of Liability
We provide content “as is” and “as available” without warranties beyond those required by law. To the extent permitted, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits arising from your use of the platform.
We aim for reliability, but outages can happen due to maintenance or events outside our control.
You’re responsible for ensuring your device, software, and internet connection support access to the courses.
